BHM Jiu Jitsu

As we celebrate Black History Month, it’s crucial to not only reflect on the past but also to empower ourselves for the future. One powerful way to do this is by learning self-defense. In honor of Black History Month, the Royce Gracie Academy of Randallstown is excited to announce a FREE self-defense workshop designed to empower and protect our community. Join us as we come together to learn invaluable skills and celebrate our strength and resilience.

This workshop will cover a range of self-defense techniques, including basic strikes, blocks, and escapes. Participants will also learn about situational awareness and how to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations. These skills are not just about physical defense; they also help build confidence and resilience.

The BHM workshop is open to people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience with self-defense, there will be something for everyone. The workshop will be led by an experienced instructor who is passionate about empowering the community.
